Terms & Conditions.

By using Passporty services you agree to the following terms and conditions of service.

Section 1 - Website content copyright.
All content published on this website (unless otherwise stated) remains the intellectual property and copyright of Passporty.co.uk.

Section 2 - Copyright of images sent to this site.

By sending your photographs to this site for processing, you are confirming you hold the legal right to use the image sent.  You confirm you have taken the image yourself, or have the permission of the person who took the image.  Passporty.co.uk accepts no liability either directly, or indirectly where copyright law has been infrindged.  The legal responsibility remains with the end user.

Section 3 - Processing permission of minors.

By sending photographs of children (younger than 18 years old) you agree that you have the authority to give permission for their images to be processed. Or alternatively you agree that you have the full consent of the subjects parent/guardian for us to process the images.

Section 4 - Refunds Policy
Passporty.co.uk will agree to refund where the service was unable to be completed.  Proof must be supplied of a rejection from the relevant authority where the photographs produced are deemed "not fit for purpose". 

This must be done by sending copies of documentation that gave the reasons for rejection as is usual practice with any rejected application.  If proof cannot be supplied it is at the discretion of Passporty as to whether a refund can be made. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Section 5 - Order Placement Acknowledgement
By clicking through to place your order with Passporty when using the
"Process My Order" button you are accepting and the terms and conditions stated here within. At this stage you accept payment is due immediately for your order to start being processed.

Section 6 - Payment Terms.
Payment for our services is due in advance of processing. Please be aware that orders will not be processed until funds have been processed. In the event that the "Buy Now" button is missed, Passporty will send a Paypal Invoice to your nominated email address where payment can be made through any major debit or credit card.  We reserve the right to place orders on hold where payment is not met.  Passporty will attempt to make contact where payment has not been met.

Section 7 - Terms & Conditions.
Passporty.co.uk reserves the right to change and amend its terms and conditions from time to time.  The obligation remains with you to check this page before proceeding. If you have any queries regarding our terms and conditions, please contact us

Section 8 - Service Usage Terms.
a) By using this website you agree that you will never knowingly send any material which is classed as harmful, malicious or potentially damaging the integrity of the Passporty server in terms of the server integral functionality or performance.  

b) You agree that all files sent to the server have been checked and are free from viruses or malware.

Section 9 - How we use of your data.
a) Passporty.co.uk will never knowingly share, copy, publish or duplicate any of the photographs or order details (your personal data) to any other third parties.

b) We only keep your personal data filed with us for the use of accounting purposes and internal statistical purposes. This data is valid for a period of 7 years only (due to accounting practices) after which it will be destroyed where you request this in writing.

c) By sending your personal information to us, you give us permission to contact you regarding your order where it is deemed nessacery to do so.  This is usually done in the circumstances of; (but not limited to) delays in processing or issues with your order.

d) By using our ordering system you certify that all information supplied to us through the ordering system is correct and true to the best of your belief.

e) Passporty.co.uk does not accept any responsibility or liability in part or in whole where incorrect information has been supplied.
