By sending any images to this website, you acknowledge you hold the legal right and ownership (or permission to use) any material sent. We cannot process copy written material. Passporty.co.uk accepts no responsibility or liability for processing any such material.

Section 3 - Permission to process images.
When sending photographs of children (younger than 18 years old) you agree that you have the full consent of their parent/guardian.

Section 4 - Refunds Policy
Passporty.co.uk will agree to refund where the service was unable to be completed.  Proof must be supplied of a rejection from the relevant authority. This must be done by sending copies of documentation that gave the reasons for rejection.  If proof cannot be supplied it is at the discretion of Passporty as to whether a refund can be made. This does not affect your statutory rights.
